I stay at a mix of hotels and locations around the world but when you pay more at a higher star rating, you expect service to be on point ! All my interactions at this hotel was severely under what I would have expected. When I arrived I was directed at a robot for check in with a human standing beside the robot the whole time who didn't ask anything about me or my trip. She didn't offer to help me with my bags or to my room. She also didn't tell me anything about hotel facilities. At checkout was something similar, 5 staff in reception but no one even tried to approach me to offer to help with bags or a taxi, or even to thank me for the stay. Small thing also but I couldn't get into the gym as there was no sign to indicate you needed to use your room key on a non descript box on the wall. When I approached the reception for help I felt they were amused / half laughing I couldn't open the door. It was something that bothered me so felt I will include here. Service is such an easy and cheap thing to get right and it has really impacted my perception of value at this hotel. Honestly I think 3 star hotels for 20% of the cost can offer basic customer service better than this hotel. Room was good and clean. Also a 300 dollar deposit is taken at check in which wasn't made clear at booking.

Great location. Lovely pool. Clean apartments with all required items for a short stay. Could check out and use the facilities on our last day. 15 minute walk to Merlion and next to Maxwell hawker food centre. Would stay again.

We checked in quite late at 9pm, it took the receptionist a while to attend to us, the concierge at ground floor has nobody, the hotel lobby is situated at level 7. The is no power socket for the hair blower, we have to ask the housekeeping for an extension cable. We used our hidden camera detector and detected that there might be hidden camera in the living area, since it is in the living area. We just ignore it. The apartment is cleaned, nothing defect, comfortable.

Be very careful! Our studio room (premium studio) had no window….. zero view! There were a couple of small windows in the bathroom. We complained and they said almost all studios had no windows. They ended up moving us to another room with a window the second night which was quite acceptable. I know it sounds too weird to be true, but we are not kidding.

Amazing weekend away
Great location walking distance from great food market Lau Pa Sat. Two train stations 5 min walk away and only 20 min walk to Marina Bay Sands. Room was extremely comfortable and breakfast had good selection. The infinity pool is a great addition too!

This is a high end hotel and our expectations were exceeded! Great service from the staff, especially Chris when we checked in and everyone one else along the way. We spent Christmas there and they had caroling in the lobby for us. The view from our room was spectacular. We booked a two bedroom suite that had a kitchen, sitting area, dining area, two bedrooms and bathrooms. Thy have an infinity pool outside that also has a view of the harbour, too. Our stay was quite expensive for our budget but well worth the money we spent. The hotel is not in the touristy part of town so there isn't too much within a short walk, but the hotel staff was happy to call us a taxi any time we needed it. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high end, memorable experience in Sinapore.

The room that they provided us on the 31st floor was superb, everything in the room was perfection including the cleanliness. The room is very modern and not outdated, what you see online is what you get. They go above and beyond with the services they offered. Staff was very friendly and approachable, we arrived early and they even let us use their shower room to freshen up. The pool area is spacious, relaxing and comfortable. We can’t wait to go back and take our kids here, defo worth every money.
