The hotel is beautiful and the pool is amazing and you feel a sense of exclusivity. But the service could be better - 25 minutes to check-in after a night flight and 45 minutes waiting for food with hungry children (our order had been forgotten). We also weren´t informed about the wifi code and there was no toilet crubber. Don´t choose a front room as you have view to a huge construction site.

The carpet in the room doesn’t look clean enough while some stains on wall can be easily seen. Disappointed with the kids breakfasts are not included while I do add breakfast for my room. Cannot understand why 2 kids can stay free in the room but after breakfasts added in Expedia, I still need to pay for extra costs of kids breakfast as they are not included. 😑😑😑 only 2 adults are included while we were thinking it was not fair, the staff asked a silly question that kids breakfast need to be added or not??? Nothing nearby but just construction site, it is a must to add just feel very disappointed that kids breakfasts are not included. With taxes, it’s SD41 somethings for 2 kids breakfast, not expensive but it’s very tricky for the app or the hotel to do like this. Kids eat free or should be included while I paid in the app. Staffs who help taking care of the luggages are very nice and professional. They are the staffs should be praised.

Great place for relax holiday in Singapore, close to changi airport, there are shutter services but luggage is limited, club lounge and buffer are on site, not close to any shops or mall, so taxi or driving req

We stayed at Dusit Laguna for our 24 hr stay in Singapore. It is nearby the airport, so it was quite far from all the touristy places everyone might wanna go to. The only way to go out of the property is via Grab taxi as it is not public transportation accessible. There was construction going on in the area when we arrived, but it didn’t really matter. We had an amazing stay as we landed & arrived at the hotel quite early, but still was able to check in early. Room was phenomenal. Very spacious. Unfortunately, the shower is quite slippery and dangerous. Also, it was not convenient to put in a shower mat by the shower door as when you open the door, mat is in the way so we ended up having a very wet bathroom. Nonetheless, everything went very well — they were able to give us a case of water bottles when we asked for water and helped us with our luggages. Overall, we recommend this hotel!
