The room was larger than many other options in this price bracket; not the most modern room but clean and well presented. The bed was very firm although we have come to expect this in Asian countries. The air con was noisy and the wi-fi was a bit patchy. There were plenty of dining options within a short walking distance and we felt quite safe despite being the red light district - if my husband hadn't pointed this out, I would have been oblivious. Overall we thought the room was good value and comfortable.

food and shopping was nearby. even if you had to take the taxi to another area, cost of taxi was not too bad. good stay for 1-3nights. if u r needing a big space, this property is not for you. if u dont mind small and cozy then its not bad. staff were wonderful, friendly and great.

The creepy factor has increased with this hotel chain. This hotel now needs to take photo of you on top of take copy of your passport! This was fairly big concern for me, since *other* sg hotels won’t do this…what are the intentions?

Tidy hotel for a budget price. This hotel is in a tidy condition and the staff is helpful. There are no facilities for dining at the premises and the area near the property is not in a tourist area so the dining is typical local cuisine. For folks looking for European styles cafes it is not ideal. Transport options are decent. If you don't mind 15 minute walk there are two MRT station to use. The bus stops are just a few minutes walk.

The room shown in the photo was nothing like the room we had. The photo looked great, the actual room we were given was very, very average. There were also loads of very noisy guests, yelling and carrying on in the passage. The rooms are not sound isolating. We were kept awake for most of the night.

Our room was not really like the photographs on the website, much more cramped and in need of decoration. Although everything was clean and functional, it all seemed rather tired, and the whole feel was more like a prison than a hotel! It did the job as a cheap place to spend a night between flights, but that's it. If your employer puts you up there, they're either in financial trouble or they want you to quit. If your husband takes you there, they want a divorce.

This hotel had everything I needed. A bed, toilet, and privacy. Not every room has a refrigerator, but they allowed me to switch rooms to get one. The front desk attendants were all very professional! There is a 7-11 across the street for drinks, but I wouldn’t eat at any of the restaurants close by. It was very easy getting around the city with grab taxis. Would definitely stay again.
