In a nice convenient location. Close to shopping and food places. Has an option to store luggage and cafe at the reception. However, room wasn't prepared to a standard. Had a sewer smell, called reception and the only option was to place sanitiser fan in room for 2 hours. Didn't make much difference but decided to stay for a night as we were tired after a long flight and we had no other option.

Overall a great accommodation! Very clean, friendly staff, nice pool facilities & plenty of lifts. Great location, close to 2 MRT stations (Tolek Ayer & Chinatown). Also close to 2 major food hawker centres (Lau Pa Sat & Maxwell Food centre). The downside to accommodation experience was a few hiccups: - waited 45min when requested iron & ironing board, I had to follow up with 2 extra phone calls to reception - no water for a day - my cousins room lost aircon Otherwise all was good

Confirm booking first
We encountered problem during check in with the receptionist. Iur reservation with hotels.com was not recognized because it was showing different name and they needed to call hotels.com to confirm. It took almost 2 hours to verified by the hotel management, but before that they told us not honoring our booking and offered us to pay their daily rate for total of $1,700+ (3 nights), which so expensive than our booking price we got from hotels.com.

Amazing staff who went out of the way to be helpful. So close to china town and nice food and shopping areas. Close to hawkers food hall and shopping centre and MRT.

Given cool refreshing water on arrival which was welcome. Shelley at reception is to be commended for fantastic help with a lost bag. Really appreciated the kind assistance provided to have it recovered. Thank you! Rooms are small, but that was known going in, adequate for a short stay, Blockout blind makes the room nice and dark for sleeping and rooms were quiet too. The pool is good, but could do with a few more benches. Location is excellent for sightseeing and getting around on foot or by train in Singapore.
