As a business traveler, I really didnt like this modern hotel. The rooms are very small with limited space for clothes. There are no coffee making facilities in the rooms. There are no irons in the rooms and if you ask for one they'll point you to the communal laundry and reluctantly deliver to you; but the irons aren't steam, and are poor quality. The room a/c is quirky and has a lower limit that you can't defeat (21c). The gym is way too small and the equipment, such as the treadmills are cheap. The hotel coffee shop is supposed to open 7.30am but the surly operator will tell you to come back later, because she needs time to "set up". The wifi seems to require regular re-input of email, but with no password I wouldn't trust the security of it at all. There are MRT stations within 5 minutes walk and the location is excellent for Chinatown.

Amazing and accessible hotel
Hotel is very accessible to hawker food area (Lau Pa Sat). chinatown, commercial buildings and Metro station. Our rooms have amazing view of Chinatown, we could easipy see 2 temples. The lobby is spectacular and clean. The only negative thing we could say is that our rooms are quite tight, very small space for luggages. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this hotel.

On our 3rd night, somehow smoke came into our room and woke up everyone around midnight, we went to lobby to tell then the issue. The front desk person said he will meet us upstairs. 15 minutes no show. Went back down. He said he sent a service staff. The guy finally show up with a little fan blowing the hallway. We tried opening the balcony door to get air. Didn’t work and it was too noisy to sleep. Went back down the guy said he can only switch our room. So 1:30am we had to pack to go to another room. The next morning we noticed 2nd room had ant problems. Told the service staff, all they did was clean our garbage can. Didn’t help. Throughout all this. No apology from anyone. Very lacking in the service area.

Just staying in my room and looking at the view of my window. I feel a sense of relax, I can stay all day in my room, and I am good. The only thing is the limited dining, not a lot of restaurant inside the hotel. The stuff are GOOD.

Cleaning crew made a lot of noise early in the morning at 8 am till 9:30am. Poor sound insulation for the room. Cleaning crew walking to and fro in the corridor and taking loudly. Slamming adjacent doors for cleaning the rooms. Not much improvement after complaints. Kinds of ruined my sleep.

Excellent stay! Yes the rooms are small but that is the only con. Everyone was so kind and helpful. This location is perfect. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
