When everyone has built up an appetite, the open kitchen has all of the major appliances needed for any recipe and a gas grill awaits outside when a summer cookout is on the agenda. After hosting a movie night in the living room, there are four bedrooms spread out in this single-level layout, so everyone will have easy access to their own piece of paradise.

Dock details: Boat owners are prohibited from parking trailers on the property. The home does have a boatdock outback which requires a waiver be signed. Any guests who park a trailer on the property are responsible for fines billed from the HOA.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Awesome set up for families!
Our family of 6 had a great time in this house! We played games, swam and spent hours fishing off the dock. It had great areas to socialize and cook together ! Our kids range from 16 to 21, so having enough showers was also great! Will book again!

Finest rentable home on the island!
We stayed here once before in 2018 and couldn’t wait to get back! Quite and safe neighborhood on a large private lot with friendly neighbors all around it. Excellent for private enjoyment of property and heated pool without the hustle and bustle you expect in other neighborhoods. We enjoyed viewing Nurse shark’s pass by on low tides sometimes! Ask about anything during your stay and they respond promptly. Arlens are the best hosts! Thanks again Jodi!

Wonderful home and vacation location
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family/ friend group! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. It's a short drive to the beaches (or walk). An afternoon at Peanut Island and a day of boat rental to the sandbars is highly recommended!!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot
The house was wonderful for our family with 8 adults and one child. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. There were plently of things to do and we especially enjoyed the pool, dock, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. The beach was walkable but we usually drove or rode the bikes because parking was very easy. Jodi was very responsive to anything we needed during the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family getaway!
This was the perfect place for a family vacation! The kids loved the pool and water access right outside the back door. The home was beautiful and Jodi was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. It’s also close to beaches and other activities. The house is so beautiful and perfect for a group of 10.
We chose this property because it was large enough for our group and had a boat dock and pool. The house was perfect! We had 2 adult couples and 2 of the bedrooms have a private bathroom. The third bathroom opens to the pool and was great for our adult children to share on that end of the House. The kitchen was great for cooking and we had plenty of seating both inside and outside for dinner together. We were also walking distance to the beach and the neighborhood was great for a morning walk to get a little exercise. The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking, relaxing in the pool or going to the beach. We had questions about the TV and the pool when we arrived but the owners were super helpful and responsive and were able to get everything working for us on the first day. This is a perfect family vacation property!

We loved everything about this home. The house is beautifully laid out & maintained. The rooms were spacious & comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice, clean & there were plenty of towels for daily use. The pool, spa & patio with lounge chairs were so relaxing. We felt very at home, and the owners were very accessible & responded quickly to any questions we had. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this house! From coffee in the morning by the pool to feeding the fish on the dock, this place was great. A great time was had by all!
