This villa is very beautiful inside and out!
It is surrounded by 300 sqm garden in lawn, with two parking spaces, backyard, outdoor shower and barbecue! On the first floor, there is a living room with dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. The second floor, bedrooms with air conditioner. There are two bedrooms, one double (where you could put a crib for a baby if needed), bathroom with shower, utility room and loft!

Very nice Property
We have enjoyed it a lot. Andrea has been very helpful with minor issues or questions arising. He provided us as well with many infos about the area/restaurants and beaches. The House is a 5 minute walk away from the very nice Beach of Solanas. Our kids did enjoy the garden as well. Overall we would recommend a stay at this property.

Geweldige plek, prachtige tuin maar wel aan onderhoud toe
Het strand dat dichtbij het huis ligt is heerlijk. Je loopt er in een paar minuten naartoe. Het huis is ruim en de slaapkamers zijn koel te houden door de airco dat is erg fijn. Het huis was netjes schoon muv de keuken. De keuken is ook niet echt bruikbaar vinden wij. De afzuigkap heeft geen afvoer naar buiten, dus daar heb je niets aan. De gaspitten werken matig (moeilijk te regelen) en er zijn onvoldoende handige pannen. Wat onderhoud betreft, niet alle ramen en deuren werken goed en de horren zijn vrijwel overal aan vervanging toe. Al met al een mooi huis op een geweldige plek maar de prijs/kwaliteitverhoudig vinden wij wat uit balans.

Great place for a quiet holiday near the beach
The house is absolutely perfect for a small family. The kitchen is very well equipped, and Andrea made sure we can start our holiday as good as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe
Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung war gut. Die Klimaanlage war oft im Einsatz, so dass man gut schlafen konnte. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr umfassend über das Haus, Restaurants, Geschäfte usw informiert. Der Strand in Solanas ist sehr schön und sauber, nur in den Ferien etwas überfüllt. Im Sommer wäre ein Ventilator in den Toiletten ratsam, da es bei Hitze schnell im Haus aufheizt. Man kann gut draußen essen, sollte aber Mückenspray dabei haben.

Einfach traumhaft!
Signore Andrea hat uns die Villa übergeben und uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt! Ein wunderschöner Garten mit Terrasse, ideal zum Ausspannen. Der herrliche Strand mit glasklarem Wasser ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wichtig: Überall sind Reservierungen nötig, vor allem am Strand!!! Das Haus ist für max. 4 Personen geeignet, hat ein Wc + Waschbecken und ein Bad mit Dusche (kleine Kabine) und WC. Die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler funktionieren tadellos, Kaffeemschine, Toaster etc alles da, lediglich ein bisschen wenig Löffel waren da ;-). Ein bissl abgewohnt vielleicvht, aber das tut dem Urlaubsfeeling keinen Abbruch! Im Ort ist alles da was man braucht, Cafes, Pizzerien, super Fleischhauer, ein kleiner Supermnarkt, 1 x die Woche Obst-und Gemüsehändler, Apotheke vormittags geöffnet, und vor allem das Familienrestaurant des Vermieters, "Da Barbara" - einfach nur super super gut!!!!

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein gepflegtes Haus in Strandnähe (sehr schöner und sauberer Strand mit herrlichem Wasser). Aufgrund der zwei Badezimmer ist es auch für mehrere Personen entspannt zu bewohnen. Die vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen über Restaurants, Supermärkte, Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten waren umfangreich und haben sehr gut gepaßt. Die Objektbeschreibung trifft zu. Wir können uns vorstellen, dieses Haus nochmals zu buchen - es war ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Urlaub.

Erholung pur
sehr schönes, gepflegtes, sauberes Haus, hervorragend ausgestattet, liegt ruhig, in einer wundervollen Umgebung. Fussläufig ist ein traumhaft schöner Sandstrand in einer Bucht erreichbar. Der sehr nette, hilfbereite Vermieter kommt wenn man ihn braucht. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Solanas sehr genossen.

wunderschöne Villa für erholsamen Familienurlaub
wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern (5 Jahre, 3 Jahre, 6 Monate) hier und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung und die Strände in der Nähe sind traumhaft schön. Die Vermieter des Hauses sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus ca. 3 Minuten vom Meer entfernt
Schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zumindest in der Nachsaison. Störend war allerdings das Hundegebell in der Nacht. Schöner, wenn auch kleiner Außenbereich, der immer Sonne oder Schatten geboten hat. Die Küche war gut sortiert. Wir haben ein Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten vermisst. Der Vermieter war außerordentlich nett, reagierte schnell auf Nachfragen und brachte auf Wunsch Dinge die im Haus gefehlt haben. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich.
