We stayed in a king suite. The bed was very comfortable and my son didn’t complain about the sofa bed. The kids loved the two different flavors of waffles and a pancake machine. Coffee was not the best.

We needed to stay close to the hospital for a procedure early in the morning and the weather was iffy. The front desk lady was friendly. Our room was very clean, bathroom and all. The pool was a chilly but the hot tub made up for it. Breakfast was very good, with a good assortment of things to eat. My only complaint is that the beds are very uncomfortable!!! My husband, son, and I all slept terrible and woke up feeling sore. We all agreed we barely slept.

I am a bit picky when it comes to hotel comfort and cleanliness. This hotel is very clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Room was clean and relaxing. Good shower. Continental breakfast was just what you would expect at free breakfast. Pool and hot tub were a good temperature, and the area was very clean.

Average room, average hotel, at an average price.
Lets be realistic here. This hotel has something like a 9.2, 9.4 on Hotels.com. This is more than likely because they have signs all over stating something to the affect of "If you aren't going to give us a 10, let us know why" so people probably get a few dollars off to give them a highly positive review. I'll just say it how it is. It is exactly what you would expect from a hotel in this price range. A clean room, a pool, a hot tub, and a decent sense of safety. Basically "Table Stakes" to get an average rating of a 5. Breakfast smelled really good, though we didn't eat it, so I'd say 6. That said, the bathroom didn't have a fan nor a working light in the shower. The room showed signs of use, as it should, but that also reflects on overall upkeep. Peeling paint, separating trim, missing blind pulls. The pool was of average cleanliness a film on the pool walls because it isn't cleaned off every night (manufacturer recommendation). The hot tub was "warm" with a lot of sand in the bottom. I assume a broken or leaking sand filter, a sign of further maintenance needed. Again, this is all just "Average". In the end, we slept, we used the pool and hot tub, we left. Nothing brought our stay above average.

Checking in went fine. After giving us our room keys for our fourth-floor room, we were informed that the elevator would not be working over the weekend. We had some heavy items to bring to the room, and there was no offer to help. The room was clean with a couple minor exceptions. The fridge was on max, which we discovered the next morning when we opened our ice-filled, running over pop cans. TV and internet worked well. The shower was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good the first morning. The second morning some items had not been replenished (e.g. yogurt and waffle batter).
