Absolutely love this hotel. It is a joy to check in with the friendliest man and no hassles. Love the rooms and especially The Treasury Lounge. Parking is always a challenge.

Definitely NOT the boutique hotel experience that we are used to. Extremely loud area of downtown! Blinds were torn, still worked but ugly. Only one elevator worked so wait time was long. Parking is a JOKE for this hotel!! Would not recommend and we will not be staying here again when we return to SF.

We had a lovely visit to Sioux Falls and really enjoyed staying at the Hotel on Phillips. Our only complaint is that the Treasury (the hotel bar) was not open on Sunday as that spot is a wonderful place to visit.

Contemporary & comfortable!
It is a very nice, contemporary type hotel. The vault (bar) in the main lobby is a really interesting and grand part with a cool story behind it (the building was a bank & office spaces). The room was very nice with a beautiful bathroom! Downtown location was very nice, a short walk to several restaurants, bars, and shopping (my wife was thrilled). Although we were there for only 1 night I'm sure we could have enjoyed a long weekend in Sioux Falls. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was very nice. Parking was a bit rough. Didn't get informed on the parking at all but was lucky enough to find a spot in the lot after dinner. Was more so my fault for not asking. So be sure to ask!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside the Hotel on Phillips was fantastic!! Delicious food, very accommodating staff, reasonably priced, and a great atmosphere!! Would highly recommend!
