We are 1 mile or less from HyVee, Aldis, Wal-Mart, Lewis, Texas Roadhouse, Scooters Coffee Shop & many other restaraunts, parks, gas stations, library, etc.
There are taxi and Lyft services available.
Absolutely NO alcohol parties, NO under age drinking, NO drugs, NO pets, NO smoking inside. If 21 and younger, proof of ID's will be required at check in. If there is under age drinking, you will have to pay a security deposit, the police will be called and you will have to leave immediately. Then, I will have to report you to VRBO.

Charlotte's home is absolutely beautiful! She is so thoughtful in the way that she set everything up. Everything that we could have needed was provided for us. Fabulous experience!
This place was the perfect place to relax! The hosts went above and beyond to help with needs! The patio was perfect for our family to relax! The kids enjoyed playing ball in the yard, foolsball and Nintendo! The house is set up perfect with great amenities for the kids! Loved the coffee bar and all the extras! We are hoping to make a trip back!

Perfect stay
We stayed for our 40th anniversary. Charlotte was wonderful. She had the kitchen table loaded with gifts for our anniversary, with balloons tied to all the chairs. The home is quite spacious, which we loved. It was outdated in areas, but the stay was very nice. Patio had nice outdoor string lights for the nighttime and was very pretty. We highly recommend staying here, Charlotte is a fantastic host and wound definitely stay here again. Blessings, Charlotte

Awesome cozy corner!
Cozy corner is an amazing place to stay! Charlotte and her husband and granddaughters are super nice! She has everything from a potty chair and a step stool to games,comfy beds, and so much more. Great place for me to relax and celebrate my birthday!

Cozy Corner
Aptly named, the Cozy Corner was comfortable and the amenities were perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar and the outdoor area. The beds were perfect and our host was attentive and thoughtful. When we make another trip to Sioux Falls, we'll be staying at the Cozy Corner again.

What a beautiful home! Anything you could possibly need is provided. Extremely clean and very quiet neighborhood. The deck area was lit up with warm lighting when we arrived so it was easy to find. Close to Walmart and restaurants. Just perfect in all ways! Will definitely make this my stop when traveling in the future.
