Fake account of Hotels.com, I landed at the hotel at 11 pm MAL residency, Sirkazhi on 13.08.22 with confirmed booking, to my shock, hotel reception informed, they have no account with hotels.com, no rooms available. The hotel contact phone no. was connecting to someone in pondichery. Horrible experience, will not again book through in.hotels.com
