VILLA DESCRIPTION

Villa California is distributed over 2 floors and a garage. On the first floor, you will find a beautiful kitchen with a small adapted table, a dining room overlooking the outside of the house, and a spacious living room with large windows and a fireplace. On this same floor, there is 1 bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, with a space for reading or simply relaxing. This floor has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower, and the other with just a bathtub.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add extra services, here are the additional costs for each:

1. Payment Methods:
   - Visa Card: 3% surcharge.
   - Bank Transfer: No additional fee.

2. Cleaning Costs:
   - Stays up to one week: Final cleaning cost of €350 at the end of the stay.
   - Two-week stays:
   - Mid-stay cleaning: 2 hours, performed by 2 people halfway through the stay, costing €90.
   - Final complete cleaning: At the end of the second week, costing €350.
   - Three-week stays:
   - Two mid-stay cleanings: One at the midpoint of the first week and another at the midpoint of the second week, each costing €90.
   - Final complete cleaning: At the end of the third week, costing €350.

3. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days.

4. Low Season:
   - Water, electricity, and gas: €1,200, based on actual consumption.
   - Heating supplement: €300 per week.

5. Heated Pool at 30ºC: €250 per week.

6. Late Check-in:
   - From 20:00 to 24:00: €45.
   - After 24:00: €70.

7. Pets: Supplement of €100 per week.

8. Security Deposit: €1250.
