Ocean Views-Just Steps from the Beach

3 bedroom 2 bath updated whole home. 2 Sofa Beds as well. Just feet from the beach. This tastefully decorated two bedroom one bathroom apartment and another 1 bed 1 bath apartment is a perfect spot to enjoy quiet time close to town. Located just 2 miles from Surf City shopping, restaurant and entertainment. Avoid the crowds after work and enjoy a semi private beach where only a small amount of family owned homes are located.

Can be rented as whole or each floor separate

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap

- powdered laundry soap

Great place, close to beach

We were very happy with this place. It's actually 2 apartments, which gave our adult son and his family extra privacy. Both apartments had all we needed for our stay.
