From the living room you step out onto the beautiful terrace equipped with comfortable sofa and wonderful lake view. The apartment also has a master bedroom equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and view of the terrace; a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet completes the furnishings of this wonderful apartment. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together, wardrobe and bunk bed for 2 people. The bright and quiet apartment has a garden and a private garage for 1 car. Additional parking spaces are available in the residential complex. The residential complex has a lot of greenery and a pool (used by a total of 5 apartments) which is open from May 1st to September 30th.
