I stayed here for a week and ate at the 2nd fl. Restaurant everyday. There is this one young server lady that has horrible attitude. She really seemed like she didn’t want to work, and just wanted to go home ASAP. Last order was 2pm, she kicked us out when we when we try to order at 1:53pm. Shame on you!

로비1층에 디퓨저향이 너무 강하고, 머리 아픈 향이라서, 첫인상이 좋지 않았습니다. 바다 바로 앞 자연에 있는 호텔이라는 점을 감안하더라도 곱등이같은 커다란 벌레가 투숙중에 2마리나 나왔습니다. 냉장고에서는 김치냄새가너무 심했구요... 가격대에 비해 호텔 내에 이용할 수 있는 시설이 너무 부족한 것 같습니다. 사우나, 수영장 등 보완되면 좋겠습니다.

요청 처리에 다소 실망스럽습니다.
호텔 주변 해수욕장 공사 중이라하여 가능하면 공사 현장과 떨어진 곳으로 룸 배정을 요청을 유선으로 두번씩이나 요청 드렸으나 체크인 시 공사장 바로 앞 룸으로 배정을 받았습니다.

샤워장 시설에서 수압이 너무 적어 사용하기가 불편하네요. 개선 부탁 드립니다. 또한 옆 공사현장이 3년동안 진행중이라서 빠른 시간 내에 끝내면 주변 경관이 너무 좋을 것 같네요.
