This beachfront property is a true gem! Relax and enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and white water waves from your living, dining, and kitchen areas. The large sectional and sofa in the family room offers comfortable and spacious seating where you can watch your favorite movies and shows on an enormous 60' flat screen TV with expanded cable service, while taking glances outside at the picturesque beach accommodations. The fully equipped kitchen features solid oak cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances, including a full size stove, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and an attached island with several chairs in addition to a dining room table by the front bay windows to create a magical oceanfront dining experience.
The Master Bedroom features a Cal King size bed with a top-quality mattress and luxurious linens, all of which will provide a tranquil night's sleep so that you can be refreshed and enjoy your vacation. The master also includes a flat screen cable TV, and private en suite bathroom. The Second Bedroom is furnished with another Cal King size bed, also fitted with luxury linens and cable TV, while an additional full bathroom is accessible from the hall.
The well-maintained community pool and hot tub faces the ocean, and is only steps away and can be seen from the balcony of this unit. For community enjoyment you might take a long stroll along the beach or visit the indoor pool or gym. Delicious restaurants and unique shopping experiences are just minutes away within walking distance to downtown Solana Beach or a short drive to Del Mar. This beautiful condo offers every opportunity to enjoy the best of the surrounding areas, including the world-renowned Del Mar Race Track with seasons starting in July and extending until late fall. Adjacent Del Mar Fairgrounds hosts the annual state fair and provides opportunities to music and cultural events.
Parking for one car is provided and additional parking is available. Please note, this unit does not have A/C, however, the close proximity to the beach in combination with the large glass sliding doors you can leave open allow you to fully embrace the cool ocean breezes. This home is located in the Del Mar Beach and Tennis Club. The Del Mar Beach Club is a wonderful community right on the water. This unit is walking distance to the beach and all of the Beach Club amenities. There are two communal BBQs at the main pool by the office and two BBQs on the east side by the pool.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
•This home is located on the second floor of the building, but there is direct same level access from the assigned parking space.
•There is an additional fee $100 which is charged by Del Mar Beach Club for each reservation. These fees go towards the costs of the amenities that all of our guests get to enjoy during their stay such as the pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts.
•No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
•Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
•This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
