🏡The 8,000m2 villa Can Sivella Groc is located in the beautiful valley of Soller and has a typical Majorcan two-floor house recently renovated to accommodate up to 6 people and an apartment with its bathroom to accommodate up to 2 people, having the option to book only the house or the house with the apartment. The villa is not shared with other guests, the apartment will always remain closed and empty if not reserved.

🏠Inside the house, there are 3 double bedrooms with their bathrooms, guest toilet, wine cellar in the basement, large dining room, modern kitchen, and comfortable living room equipped with fast Wi-Fi and smart TV with international channels.

Perfection!
One of the most beautiful and serene places we have ever stayed in. Having traveled all over the world staying in luxury hotels/villas this villa brought something different. Gabriel greeted us upon arrival and was so welcoming and treated us like family. Gabriel and Toni are such lovely hosts and went above and beyond the entire trip. As stated in other reviews there is a small farm attached to the property with goats, rabbits, chickens. Toni comes daily to tend to the farm and would pop over and say hi and see if we needed anything, but never intrusive. We spent most days exploring the island, but when on property the surroundings and tranquility are unmatched. We will be back and highly recommend this beautiful property! ! Thank you Toni and Gabriel for a memorable stay and your hospitality!

Perfect in every way
This house has to be seen to be believed. Not only is it beautiful but it is set in the most amazing scenery. The attention to detail in the house makes your stay even more special- my own kitchen isn’t as well equipped at home! Nothing is broken, it’s spotlessly clean and the owners are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as special as can be. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful & relaxing stay overlooking the mountains
Very cool, modern and well appointed property. Lounge area works better than the pictures suggest, & the view from the breakfast / dining table is beautiful. Very well appointed kitchen. Outside, a covered seating area is generous and taking in the mountains while floating in the pool is just special. Or stargazing & looking out for shooting stars. There are animals on the property (kept away from the house) which kids will enjoy. Ours were out there making friends with the goats & bringing back fresh eggs every morning. If it's the right season, you may also get given home grown oranges which will make the best freshly pressed orange juice I can remember drinking for a v. long time. For practical amenities, there is an agricultural cooperative 2mins drive down the road selling milk, fresh bread, croissants & a good selection of fruit & veg, as well as the Eroski in Soller. You're 5mins away from the centre of Soller by car & about 12mins from Puerto Soller. The area is just beautiful, with mountain roads in both directions well worth exploring (towards the monastery at Lluc or towards Deia & beyond). Easily the best part of the island & the most beautiful part of the Balearics. To cap it all off, super friendly & helpful hosts. Toni will on site daily to tend the animals & water the trees, but he's very discreet. Cleaned twice weekly. Overall, very highly recommended.

Amazing home
We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property very much. The house is beautiful and the outdoor surroundings even more amazing. Great pool and beautiful garden. Fresh eggs and orange juice form the garden every day. Toni and his son are wonderful hosts. Toni comes every evening to feed the animals and water the garden, he is not in the way and our kids loved talking to him and the animals. Just a perfect vacation for our family of 8.

We had a fantastic family holiday using 'CSG' as our base. The house, pool & grounds were beautifully kept and we all felt at home the minute we arrived. Toni and Gabriel were great hosts and kept us well informed from the minute I booked and during our stay. A great base for walking & cycling. Driving was interesting as roads very narrow so do not hire a big car! some lovely restaurants / cafes nearby. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again as we loved the area and the stunning scenery.

A delightful finca in the countryside just outside Soller
We loved staying at Toni’s house with our adult children. The house has orchards all around it plus beautiful views of the Serra de Tremuntana mountain range. We enjoyed having animals on the property - especially the chickens and fresh eggs. It’s a lovely place to stay even in winter as all the windows are double glazed, the fireplace is very efficient plus there’s under floor heating. Thanks for being such a lovely host Toni.

This is the best villa we have stayed in, and we have been to this area many times. It is so well thought out and equipped, and perfectly presented on arrival. The setting is wonderful, quiet and peaceful but easy walking to Soller and the villages. Everything about it is great. But the best thing is Toni. He is lovely, so helpful and personable and full of local knowledge. He met us on arrival to show us around and he is there each evening to feed the animals (not loud or roaming) and check the orange trees, but he is never intrusive. His English is good and we had many good talks with him. The pool is a lovely private facility and is very clean and well maintained. The grounds are great walk around and see the geese, hens, goats and rabbits. Walking into the villa for the first time, through the long herb lined pergola, was fantastic and remained so every time. Thank you Toni.

Family holiday with adult children
We have just returned from spending a lovely week with our children (in their 20's) at Toni's finca. The house is absolutely beautiful, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is large and has salt-filtered water (rather than chlorinated) which is kind on the skin. There are large outdoor seating areas and 8 sun loungers. The villa is within walking distance of Soller and Biniaraix, both of which are stunning with good bars and restaurants. The house and pool sit at the end of Toni's small holding and orange grove, which he visits once a day to tend to the chickens, geese, goats and rabbits. He is a kind and considerate host: he is around to help with anything that you need but maintains your privacy when he visits the animals. Thank you for a fabulous holiday, Toni!

Beautiful Villa in a stunning setting
This is a wonderful location for a relaxing family holiday. The Villa is superbly furnished and equipped and has a lovely pool and garden/small farm (Orange trees, tomatos, cucumbers as well as some goats, hens, geese and rabbits!). Our five year old loved helping Toni, the host, on his daily rounds feeding and looking after the animals. In walking distance is a really well stocked farm shop and the village of Fornalutx (uphill but reachable). You could walk to Soller too but we didn't due to having two little ones with us. Both Fornalutx and Soller are stunning locations - there's more to see in Soller but both are very picturesque. You need a hire car really if you want to explore the area as taxis aren't readily available although you can get the train from Soller to Palma.

We really enjoyed our stay at Toni’s place. The house is in great condition and well equipped. The garden is amazing with pool, orange trees and mountain views. You get privacy even being close to city with restaurants etc. Mornings started with fresh orange juice from the garden. Toni was super helpful and nice host!

Very relaxing place in amazing settings
We (family of 2 adults and a 7 and 9 year old) spent 2 weeks in this beautiful farm house and had a very relaxing time. For one week the grandparents also joined us - there was plenty of space in the house for 6 people.The house itself was very clean and spacious and had all the facilities you need. The garden and pool was great, we swam several times each day! We also enjoyed feeding the animals and collecting eggs although there was no pressure of having to get involved in the farm. Toni is a great host, very welcoming and friendly. I felt I could always ask him about anything and he told us about the area and useful information about places worth visiting, buses, restaurants etc. Toni came by every day and always was very friendly and would say hello but let us do our own thing. I have read reviews about other places where the host is always around and interfering, Toni was nothing like that at all. We had complete privacy and the place is quiet at night ( apart from some animal noises ). Very good if you want to switch off. The views are amazing in every direction and having every meal al fresco was fantastic. I would very much recommend this property.

Great stay
We had a great stay here. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children. The house was lovely. It was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There are fans in all the rooms which helped during the very hot weather. The outside space is great, the views are exceptional in all directions. The pool is good for cooling off and is very clean. There’s loads to do in the local area. We enjoyed using the bikes to cycle to Sóller, there is a bus stop outside the house too. The local shop is a farmer’s cooperative, great food and wines. Toni is a fantastic host, he is there to care for the animals every day and gave us good advice on things to do and where to eat. He even arranged for us to go out on his boat with his son and daughter, which was the highlight for our children. Thank you Toni, Lourdes and Toni jnr!

The property had everything you could possibly want, even including towels for the pool, Toni had thought of everything including a welcome pack, bread cheese, ham fruit, water etc, which was gratefully received after a long hot trip. He even provided hand soaps, shower wash, rubber gloves, washing powder, washing up sponges and tea towels. Lovely quiet setting, very picturesque. Easy walk in to Soller, although there is a bus stop right outside the gate that will take you right in to Soller or Port de Soller. We did take the tram in to Port to Soller but found it expensive, but should be done at least once. Buses were really cheap and easy. We loved all the animals especially the geese and the cat. Toni came every day to feed the animals and check on the orange trees. He was always very helpful and offered advise on what to see and do. The house is spotless and clean and very comfortable. Toni picked us up on a Saturday morning and drove us to the mountains so we could walk down to the house and not up the hill, We cannot recommend this villa enough, we had a fab holiday and were reluctant to leave.

Rustic Finca full of charm and everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
An absolutely delightful place with stunning views of the mountains. The property is in a perfect location so that you can walk to Soller, Fornalutz and Biniaraix. We were welcomed by Toni on our arrival and were so pleased to find that the property had everything we needed and more besides. The land surrounding the house is beautiful and having the animals around was quite entertaining! We loved them. We even braved the cold waters of the reservoir on Sunday which was great fun - for the neighbour too I suspect. Toni is a generous host and we really enjoyed meeting him. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend!
The stay at Toni's was perfect - very spacious property located in beautiful surroundings. The place had everything we needed and more....fresh fruit and vegetables from the gardens and the farm animals were very friendly. The location is perfect as it's very close to a few towns and is located at the start of a hiking trail (recommend the hike to L'ofre - through the mountains). Toni also made the stay memorable - very friendly and accommodating host and of course, the orange ceremony made it all that much more special! :) Will definitely stay here again!

A very special place to stay near Soller
What an amazing experience! There were 6 of us, ages ranging 5-83 and we all loved being there. Toni's home is set 20 minute walk from Soller surrounded by orange and lemon trees and beautiful mountains. The pictures really don't do the place justice - it's so much more beautiful than the pictures! We stayed in the house for 8 days and were very comfortable. The kids (ages 7 and 5) loved feeding the animals every morning and evening, swimming in the pool, and picking tomatoes for a daily salad (thank you!). The house has everything you may need to be very comfortable - comfy beds, kitchen, washing machine, outdoor table for meals with a beautiful view, and a pool to cool down after a day in Palma. My favorite part of being there was meeting Toni and watching the star-studded night sky - Something we don't get to witness in New York City. If you're considering staying - go for it. You won't regret it! You'll spend time in a very special place and will leave feeling you have another place to call home! Thank you so much, Toni!

A lovely rural farmhouse in a beautiful mountainous setting surrounded by orange groves.
The rural simplicity of Can Sivella Groc is peaceful place from which to explore the Tramuntana mountains and coast. The house is set in dramatic mountain setting and is surrounded by orange groves with sheep, chickens and geese. Toni Is welcoming host and guide to the area.

Fantastic house, fantastic surroundings, fantastic host!!
We loved everything about our vacation in beautiful Soller! Our host Toni was so friendly and helpful, he gave us vegetables and fruits from the garden every day and was ready to assist us in every way! We were even given an orange tree in a ceremony and 'our' tree will be a part of the new orange orchard that Toni has started.The house was amazing as well! An old farm house set in a lovely garden with lemon and orange trees, a vegetable garden and sheep, hens, pigeons and geese, that we could feed and visit - our little girl was extremely happy! A country kitchen, spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Beautiful and tasteful furnished in a classic style.The pool was tasteful as well, not chlorinated, more like in a salty way. It cleaned itself and twice a week Toni's daughter gave it an overlook. There is also a big reservoir with crystal clear water from the mountains , which is used to water the crops. The valley Soller is so beautiful, surrounded by mountains all over, that it made us loose our breath (we are from flt Denmark...) and we didn't need to leave Can Sivella Croq very much! There are bicycles and a cooperative shop nearby and the town of Soller is relaxed, authentic and can be easily reached . Also the two small beautiful villages Fonalutx an Biniaraix. There are walks into the mountains and everywhere the scenery is breathtaking!! We enjoyed our vacation and are sure that we will return to Toni's beautiful house again! Dorte and her family, Denmark

The perfect holiday...
I can’t rate our stay at the wonderful Can Sivella Groc highly enough. Not only is the house and its extensive gardens set in cinematically beautiful scenery, but the house itself is perfect and so comfortable. THE HOUSE: The kitchen is wonderfully rustic in its style, but fully equipped with a slick gas cooker and large fridge in the pantry (which is full of kitchen accessories, too!). There’s even a Nespresso machine! All four bedrooms are extremely comfortable, and we were supplied with every home comfort, down to a huge chest full of beach towels! The bathrooms were wonderful, both with decent showers (especially the upstairs ‘waterfall’ shower!). There’s plenty of space to relax, either downstairs on the huge sitting room sofa, or in the basement winery, where there’s a selection of interesting wines on offer. Outside, there’s a choice to either swim in the gorgeous clear blue swimming pool, or you can take a cooler, more ‘natural’ dip in the irrigation pool, fed by fresh mountain water! There’s a lovely area to sunbathe or relax, with six sunbeds and comfy cushioned seating area under a canopy. THE HOST: On arrival we were warmly greeted by Toni and his daughter, who were extremely informative and helpful about the house, its amenities and the surrounding area. They recommended we visit the local ‘cooperativa’ for food, which did not disappoint, with a wonderful and extensive selection of fresh food and lovely local wines! Where do I even begin in my write up about Toni and his kindness to us during the rest of our stay!? We enjoyed an unbelievably lovely selection of food and fresh eggs from his ‘mini farm’ almost daily. He was so attentive to all our needs at just the drop of an email, or when he discreetly tended to the upkeep of the grounds. Toni welcomed us like family, and we genuinely didn’t want to say goodbye to either the dreamy house or its owner! We can’t thank you enough, Toni, for making us feel so at home. We spent 1 week with 4 adults and 2 teenagers at Can Sivella Groc and had the best time. Toni& Gabriel were super friendly and responsive. The house was very clean well equipped and stylish with a generous architecture. the pool and garden area with mountain views so magical. we highly recommend this place and can't wait to return. Thanks Toni &Gabriel!
