The patio of this charming village house is the perfect spot to relax, whether you're enjoying a peaceful breakfast, reading, sunbathing on one of the 6 loungers, or visiting the nearby beach just 3.5 km away. End your day with a barbecue under the porch. This four-storey house offers plenty of space and comfort. The ground floor features a kitchen-dining room with a gas hob, A/C, and a shower bathroom. On the 1st floor, you'll find the living room with satellite TV, a bathroom with a bathtub, and three bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, and the other two have double beds, one with a wardrobe. The 2nd floor has a small living room and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and dressing room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house also offers a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair for families. Sóller, a picturesque village nestled in the Tramuntana mountains, offers tranquility and excellent services. Don't miss the vintage train and tram to Puerto de Sóller, where you can dine or enjoy homemade ice cream. The house is located on a pedestrian street in the town center. The property also has space for storing bicycles. Please note, we cannot accept guests under 26 unless accompanied by family. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed.
