The resort was good and staffs were great but a few thing that was not great with us which were the aircon was leaking water all over the carpet from the first day and continue for 4 days until fixed. No water in the bathroom for a couple of hours, and the T.V didn't have pictures on most channel we turned it ourselves. overall lovely resort with the staff obliging at all times. Disappointed with some of the buffet menus e.g. seafood.

Coconuts is set in stunning location with a beautiful wide sandy beach that would be ideal for young families. It was also great for snorkelling and kayaking. At high tide we were lucky enough to spot turtles swimming from our balcony. We enjoyed the meals at Coconut's Mikas restaurant and walked to neighbouring Sinelei Reef resort and ate there also. The local Ocean Beach club is an option for a relaxed lunch. Our accommodation (an over-the-water fale) was spacious, clean and quiet. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The staff at Coconuts were very friendly and welcoming. All in all we had a wonderful time relaxing at the resort and exploring the sights Upolu.

"-10 out of 10!!!! The hotel was crap, no bar, no hot water, no staff at night, no fan.....the wall is broken, not worth the money at all. Should give me the refund!"
