March 2024 visit
I was in town for family medical reasons. The hotel fit my needs. The hotel manager was amazing. He was cognizant of my needs and even helped to get me settled in the room. It is very apparent to me that the hotel manager understands the need to go above and beyond, especially as their renovation continues. Yes, the hallways currently smell of either old carpeting or newer carpeting. I appreciate the effort being made to upgrade this hotel. Carpet layers respected the guests.

Place was clean. However, the room I was given had a refrigerator that sounded like it was going to implode. It was so noisy. Whwn I spoke to the front desk they stated they was gojng to come and unplug it. That never happened. Additionally, a dog barked for most of the time. So between the refrigerator and the dog I got no sleep.

As soon as you’re entering the hotel you see trash and cigarette buds around the entrance and when you get in you get the nasty smell of weed. The Hotel is under construction and renovation which makes it look more dirty and ugly as they don’t manage it well. Front desk lady was super rude and disrespectful. When we got in the room heater and cooling does not work, stove to heat food was not working either and bathroom was not cleaned well small trimmed hair on sink and on toilet seat. Worst hotel ever….
