Enjoy: The peaceful hiking amidst vivid fall leaves and Octoberfest vibes in autumn; Snow skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing and other outdoor activities in winter; and biking, white water rafting, swimming and hiking in summer to mention a few. The layout and flow of the house is designed with families and groups in mind. (I spend lots of time here with my 4 grown daughters, several significant others and 2 grandchildren.)

LIVING ROOM:
The living room is warm, comfy and rustic - outfitted in wood, stone, and leather. The gas fireplace is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or a cup of cocoa and is very cozy on cool winter and summer nights. There’s plenty of room for relaxing on 3 full size sofas. Curl up and read or play games at the table in the window nook.

FAMILY ROOM:
Large family room area on first floor has a large flatscreen smart TV, additional generous comfortable seating and a pool table. An extra reading area on second floor has a futon bed for overflow guests.

THE KITCHEN:
The upscale chef's kitchen boasts a large island with 48 inch professional gas range and granite countertops. It is well-stocked with everything the family chef needs. Dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, and coffee pot (keurig and regular) are included. Open floor plan into the living room guarantees the cook never feels left out of the action. Eat at the island, at one of the two dining tables, or on the wrap around deck.

SKI/SNOWBOARD ROOM
Large dedicated a ski/snowboard prep and storage room. Keeps skiers and boarders organized and out of sight!

DECKS:
Wrap around deck with seating, dining and grilling amenities. Very private with treehouse vibes.

FOR THE KIDS:
We are kid-friendly and have included activities for children.

SPECIAL EVENTS:
The house is large enough and is a very special place to host wedding parties and special events.

LAUNDRY & LINENS:
Has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Linens (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels) are included. Pool towels available in summer for visiting the outdoor pools.
