The location is hard to enter and exit because of major highway, its really not that visable, you have to really be looking hard for the driveway, hotel is great but location not so much

The property is extremely unsafe, our hotel door was left open and the staff wasn’t helpful at all to resolve the situation. Even after check out the issue hasn’t been resolved and I had to run after the general manager for him to even acknowledge the issue. I already checked out and still haven’t received any update on the issue

I appreciated the nice big room, the bathroom setup and sliding door, the view of the pond with fountains and the cleanliness. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable - a new pillow top or memory foam mattress would help. A free breakfast was nice but lacking gluten free bread or bagel options. The eggs tasted not very good. The porridge was decent. Loved the free parking on site near the front doors.
