NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE!!!
The title says it all! The ONLY reason I booked this property was because it was listed SPECIFICALLY as WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE! It is NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE! Just because there are no steps to get into the house it doesn't make the house Wheelchair Accessible! I couldnt get my wheelchair into rhe bathroom! I got hurt!! My husbamd got hurt after already straining his back trying to get me pushed to the cement over a gravel driveway with no way to avoid the gravel. The much advertised incredible view from the firepit could not be accessed on my wheelcjait, which was especialky disaplointing vbecause we discussed this before i booked yheplave because they made it sound very easy to accesx. We were stuck in tbe place the whole weekenf because of my husbands strained back which haplened because of all the NON-ACCESSIBILITY! It was a horrible experience and I intend to file a complaint with the DOJ'S department of Civil Righrs fog advertising this property as Wheelchair Accessible when it ansolutely is NOT.

We've been working on our retirement home about 1/2-mile from this rental house. This is our 4th or 5th time staying here. It is super handy for us due to the location, and also a great home to stay in. Always clean and organized. Awesome, tranquil setting.

The Most Peaceful Place To Stay In All of Pulaski County, Kentucky!
My husband and I, along with our 4 month old daughter decided to take a weekend getaway for his birthday and we knew we wanted somewhere peaceful and quiet since we live in Cincinnati, Ohio. We wanted somewhere to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and this place did just that. The house was extremely clean, which is a must for us, especially with a 4 month old infant. The check-in and check-out process was super simple. They had all the cookwear and utensils you would need if you wanted to cook during your stay, along with bath towels, hand towels, rags, oven mitts, etc. You basically would have anything you neede if you did an extended stay, so for our weekend getaway it was more than enough for us which was nice not having to pack up cookware to use if we did want to cook.We didn't even use the whole 2nd floor while we were there. So you definitely could have another 4-5 more people stay comfortably and still have space if needed. The hosts Steve and his wife were absolutely the sweetest and most caring individuals we could have found. If you want to have a peaceful, quiet getaway with amazingly caring hosts this is the place to go. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests are satisfied during their stay. Their property definitely shows they care about their home along with providing a quiet peaceful place for other families to enjoy when coming from out of town. We can't wait to come back and stay again. We are already planning our next trip back!

Perfect getaway location
We've been spending time in this area, working on our retirement home about 1/2-mile away. This is the perfect house to use as a temporary home-base as we get things taken care of with concrete guys, builders, excavating folks, etc. Easy to run back-and-fort from here to the property. Always a clean place, and the location is beautiful.

House on the hill
Excellent location, on top of a ridge a few miles from Somerset. Dead end road, so it is completely quiet and peaceful at the site. Very nice home, well kept, and clean. We are in the process of building a retirement home about 1/2-mile down the hill, so this is the perfect place for us to stay while down there working.

Great home in a great location!
Beautiful and extremely peaceful location for a getaway. We are actually building a retirement home about 1/2-mile from here, and stay in this home whenever we are working down there. It has everything we need, just like home. Very well kept home.

The ultimate house in the hills
This is our second stay at the site, as we purchased 20 acres of woods about 1/2-mile down the hill to build our small retirement home. It's the perfect place for us to stay while working at our property. It's very well-kept, clean, and has every convenience for a family stay. Owners are awesome to work with. Highly recommended for a vacation stay, though we are working when down there!

Perfect location, nice home!
We purchased 20 acres of wooded property about 1/2 mile from this rental home. Planning to build our retirement home there. We've been staying in Somerset (hotels) on previous trips, but found this listing online. It was a great place to stay, very near the property we were working on. We will certainly be booking it for many future stays!

Just like home, but cleaner and with much better view.
- House very comfortable; HVAC is effective. - Very clean on check-in and everything was easy to clean on check-out. - Appliances all work and are in mint condition. - The mountain/valley view from fire pit is amazing. - Try to arrive/leave during daylight hours. We ran into a lot of fog from Richmond to Somerset, which was scary on I75, but terrifying on the small mountain roads after dark. - Very close to town and property large enough for comfortable distance from neighbors so we didn't feel like imposters. :) - Modern smart TV & fast Internet connection. HD streaming was smooth. - House was very easy to clean + fully stocked with cleaning tools and supplies - Huge front/side porch w/comfortable furniture - Beds very clean and comfortable - Check-in was seamless - Indian food at Mirch Masala in Somerset was great - don't be fooled by the strip mall ambience. :) - Couch and reclining chairs are comfortable. - House is well-insulated and cozy - Kitchen works well with ample room and counter space for multiple cooks. Only thing we missed was cast-iron skillet for searing steaks and putting them in oven directly. Other than than, the non-stick pots and pans were great. :) - Will be back if they'll have us. :)

Great home and view
The home is open and flows well, and everything was very clean. The view of the mountains from the fire pit was amazing, the porch was nice to relax on and watch the rain. I’ll definitely be back thank you for letting me stay in your home.
