DONT BOTHER! ITS A SHELTER!
It was horrible! Front desk NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE! They told me I would NOT be able to book another stay BECAUSE SOMEONE NEEDED THE ROOM DUE TO THEM BEING BOOKED! This is not a hospital! I shouldn't have to leave because I call (now they finally answer) downstairs in the morning to let them know I'm staying due to housekeeping knocking on the door. It was like playing 'Tag' you're it! I called, so I get the Grand Prize of leaving! I didn't know this Hotel is also used as a boarding house/shelter. It is very loud, dogs, people late at night in the parking lot. Seems like Blk people are always on the 3rd or 4th fl. I gave them a couple chances. Same thing! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

There is a kitchen in the rooms, but unfortunately there are very few dishes, we specially ordered the kitchen to cook ourselves, but there was only a small frying pan from the dishes

Well, this property is not well maintained. Even nothing special to mentioned other than that the quilt and bedsheet was habing some kind of odor which was not pleasant at all. As we entered in the room, there was a stink. The toilet was not working properly due to which we have to change the room. Overall, it was just bed to sleep.

The bar soap in the bathroom was open and used- they didnā€™t bother to change it to welcome the new guests. The bed was poorly spread like it was sooo untidy. The bed frame looked like a cheap metal frame from Amazon- I have never seen that in an hotel before. I booked two nights and could only stay one, I could not bear staying there another night.
