Wonderful stay in the Loire countryside
We were 4 adults and 2 children (7-10 years old) for 5 days in August 2024. Real French country house with lots of space and attractively furnished. All privacy and a great place in the Loire to seek peace and quiet. The host and hostess live on site in a separate house and are willing to do everything for you. Great views also from the house and the large garden. Gives the atmosphere of an African nature reserve in the evening. Nice villages (o.a. Langeais and Azay-le-Rideau) nearby and some chateaux fairly close by. Depending on a car. Is there nothing to wish for? Certainly: mosquito screens in the bedrooms would be nice and a water boiler with slightly more capacity. We can highly recommend this address!
