Reception was great. Very nice decoration in the bedroom. The shower room could be in better condition (floor and wall tiles and the shower). Breakfast was ok. Little variety of fruits and cakes.

The only annoying thing in my experience was not have the freedom to access my own bedroom. They had a roulette monitoring and demanding a password to enter the hallway of the hotel rooms. Inconvenient and unnecessary.

Razoável. Apesar do hotel ser bom, não fui informada no momento da reserva que o restaurante não estava funcionando e por isso não tinha café da manhã, apesar de ter sido pago! O estacionamento é terceirizado e não consegui receber a nota no ato do check out para apresentar a empresa.

A PIOR EXPERIENCIA QUE TIVE EM SOROCABA
A camareira esqueceu as janelas do quarto abertas e houve uma infestação de insetos, pois a hospedagem fica ao lado de um matagal. Peguei veneno na recepção, apliquei, matei os insetos e fui jantar, ao voltar notei que o hotel não se preocupou em limpar o quarto. Passei mal devido ao cheiro de inseticida e adoeci de crise alérgica nos dias seguintes. Foi a viagem mais conturbada que tive em Sorocaba e faltou mais atenção da equipe em detectar possíveis falhas.

Quarto aparentemente reformado, porém a cama muito desconfortável, geladeira faz barulho a noite toda, tapete de pêlos com cheiro muito ruim e sujo, toalhas de banho em péssimas condições, inclusive com furo, roupas de cama com cheiro ruim. Cortina e janela não vedam iluminação e ruído. Café da manhã péssimo, pouquíssimas opções, sem reposição e com falta e higiene. Não recomendamos o hotel.
