GOLF on site!! We have built and maintain a 9 hole Golf Course as a hobby, completely on our own property! (It is NOT a public course)
Our registered Chalet guests are welcome to play or walk our golf course, as long as they are respectful. “Events” are NOT permitted. If you wish to invite a friend or family member who is not staying with you, please ask us first.
There are few right and left handed clubs at the first Tee, and lots of golf balls. There are course layout maps and score card for your use in the Chalet Binder.
Play a "round" for fun, or to warm up for one of the larger Public golf courses nearby!
Driftwood Chalet is tucked back from Blind Bay road for privacy, yet only 1 km to the Trans Canada highway for quick access.
Minutes away from the amenities of Sorrento and Blind Bay: groceries, restaurants, stores, beaches, parks, boat launches, and Marinas.
The closest public beach park is at the end of Gillespie Road, 900 metres away. It can be easily walked in about 10 minutes, or drive in under than 2 minutes! It is a small, local beach access park, a real hidden gem
