The property was situated right by the center perfect to walk everywhere. It was clean and staff was very nice. We did encounter a few issues and that’s why I can’t give it a 5 stars. The room was very hot! They said the AC worked but it never got cold and it made it uncomfortable to sleep. They also had no outlet by the bed which is something we enjoy to have to charge our phones next to our bed. We tried the breakfast one day but chose to grab something in the town instead the second day.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Palazzo Tritone & Abagnal!! The room was better than what I expected and the view 10/10!! The balcony was my favorite spot of the room. This hotel is located within walking distance to all the shops Sorrento has to offer as well as restaurants, if you are looking for a great place to stay this is it!!

We have the opportunity to stay at this wonderful establishment for 5 nights. We can speak highly enough about all the people working there. Christina worker the breakfast room and she was fantastic very attentive, eager to help and just on the ball. The location is ideal, close to the train station; parking garage near by and as close as it can get to the historical city. The room we had was quiet, clean and great size. Just a short walk you will find a supermarket. There are many restaurants and shops just a 5 mins walk. We would stay here again if we find ourselves in Sorrento again.

Very noisey corridors, aircon was very old and noisey, toilet was leaking, floors in bedroom were greasy. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Staff were friendly. Hotel clearly needs better management.
