The Dunes Apartments

Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

For guests' safety, the property includes a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system and a first aid kit in all accommodation. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result, or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination.

• The seasonal pool will open in May and close in October.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
• Pets and service animals are not allowed on site.
• Guests may experience noise disturbance due to nearby construction work.
