The positive from staying at this location was the convenience. The location was easily accesible to the nursing home facility of elderly family member. The negatives were the limited food items for the continental breakfast. The staff did not fluently undersand/speak english. The housekeeping services were inconsistent. The morning wake up calls never happened. The rooms appeared to not have been cleaned/swept/vacuumed nor the bathroom "fully cleaned and sanitized". The other guests were noisy. There was a smole aroma in the hallways.....even though the hotel was listed as smoke-free.The heating unit was very slow to get fully functional.

Decent, nothing special
Arrived at the hotel at 3pm, check in time, and waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Stayed three days and attempted calling the front desk multiple times no answer. Exiting and entering the building never saw anyone at the counter until checkout, only had to wait a few minutes. Over all decent hotel for the price, bed comfortable, fridge large, room could be cleaner but nothing crazy bad. Breakfast is the typical sausage gravy with biscuits, except these biscuits were rock hard and cold. Only other hot food was again the typical waffle maker. Oh and theJuice machine didn't work, now I'm just nit picking.

Very good value. mostly clean room. some wear and tear in bathroom. Ironing board was broken which should be repaired or replaced as someone could get badly injured if not cautious. overall a good spot

This Quality Inn is a remodel of an older hotel in the area, and while an improvement - is still not up to the usual hotel standards. Location was good, but the area isn't that great.
