The staff was extremely disrespectful. The room smelled musty and was very out of date. The shower has very little to no pressure at all, it was just water sprinkling out. Also, the shower head was at chest level so you need to crouch down in the shower to wash your hair/ face.

Great bar in the hotel with good food and drinks! The rooms were great. It did smell a tad of mold, but that is to be expected. It is a great location to the stadium. A reasonable price for a great location!

Property was essentially empty during my one night stay. Yet was placed in the very back of the property which felt a little sketchy. Hotel rooms are very basic with an 'affordable' feel. I travel for business with overnights a few times a month. Wont stay here again.

Older hotel that’s been “refurbished”. Moved from a different hotel in the area, which was horrible, so this was 10 times better compared to one we moved from. Not luxury, however, clean and comfortable. No elevators…which wasn’t disclosed upon checking in. Visited during ND football game and was not price gouged.

Great customer service and a friendly staff, the room was generally clean however the condition of the room was less than ideal. Our room was a bit run down and the a/c unit made a loud banging noise the entire night. Understand the game weekend premium but the quality of the room did not fit the price.

Multiple people complained to staff as well as people in our party having problems finding an ice machine that worked. Landline phones in room plugged into wall and everything, didnt work at all. Pressure of water for sinks and shower were very little. Seemed like it had problems getting hot sometimes. Tubs were dirty. Very little lighting in rooms with no natural lighting. Not enough seating in the rooms only one roly chair. Tvs are kinda outdated. Room card got turned off 2 hours before checkout. Not even the worst, the worst was an entire group of kids playing hockey, skiball, whatever. Playing in the hallway the entire weekend. All day, all night. Until 3 am. Told front desk. Parents knew about it. Was gonna call the cops, but didnt wanna be a karen! Raise your kids to have manners. The parents werent, leading to the kids not.
