Everything was clean and in excellent condition. It looks like it was just recently remodeled. We could see where there was, or had been a pool outside. I think continuing the renovation to get this added back would be a bonus.

Not the best area, but ok. Hotel was clean, and room was clean too, but there was an unleashed dog running around the hotel (not sure if owner’s or management’s). Service was ok - receptionist was on a call and stayed on the call while checking us in.

The hotel was clean, and Amber and Spencer on staff were amazing and helpful. However, when I called at 9:30 AM to store my carry-on bag until check-in at 3 PM, a woman said it wasn't possible, causing me to carry my bags around Burlington, worsening my asthma. Spencer later informed me she was incorrect. The manager apologized via email and offered points, but I don't use Wyndham. On my third day, I returned to find my HOTEL ROOM OPEN after the cleaning staff only replaced towels. Overall, it wasn't a great stay and I am disappointed.

Maintenance Issues
The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The main issues I had were that my door would not close. I arrived late on Saturday evening and did not want to deal with the door lock issue so I used the security bolt and the door blocker to make sure I felt secure. When I went to leave in the morning, there was no way to get my door to stay closed. This should have been caught by the cleaning staff before my arrival. In addition, the internet did not work and I needed to send an important document. There are a lot of other hotels in the area so I will definitely not be staying here again.
