Disgusted and frustrated
I am extremely disappointed in the Country Inn and Suites because of the total neglect of this property in South Haven MI and now I totally distrust the Country Inn and Radisson name. I walked out of this hotel after an hour of trying to settle into 2 different rooms and was promised by Hotels.com that I would be contacted within 72 hours about a refund and was not so I am even more disappointed with them.
Stains from room 1. Did not take photos of burn holes on the carpet or the damaged thermostat.
Pillow stains from room 2 . Mold?
Water stains on phone from room 2.

I really enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed a couple times. Everything was nice. Check in was smooth. Only thing I didn’t like was how loud it was in the hallways and people yelling until about 10pm. But I was still able to get good sleep. I’d stay here again. I’m a traveler

Staff and hotel was amazing! Had an extremely loud family on the same floor a few doors down with a ton of kids. Very disrespectful. Yelling, running up and down the halls, knocking on random doors, mother screaming at her kids. There was a random guy walking up and down the road behind the hotel yelling and screaming, and checking hotel doors to see if he could get in. One of which was unlocked and he did enter the facility. However! Very close to everything, and overall a positive experience as far as the staff, price, anvailability, and cleanliness of the hotel! Water pressure was amazing!!!

Our toilet did not flush. Two different people came to look at it and assured me they fixed it, but it was still not flushing. There was mold on the ripped curtains. The pool area was small and reeked of mildew. The elevator was also out of order during our entire stay.
