This family-oriented neighborhood is located to the just a mile from the Atlantic Ocean.. After a day at the beach, relax with cocktails and grilling on the deck. The cottage features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open space with a kitchen, dining, and living space. Enjoy coffee on the sunny south-facing deck!

The home is located just a short walk from the small beach on Green Hill Pond and we provide beach chairs and beach towels. The beach has no parking lot, so many people will carry supplies, people, chairs, etc. in a car, drop everything and everyone off at the beach, and return by foot. Or, ride your bike!
Just 0.8 mile/2 min. drive is a public beach on the Atlantic Ocean. There are 7-8 free public parking spots on the side of Green Hill Beach Road. Once those are filled, there is no parking available, so get there early or ride your bike!

Graduation weekend
We had a great time at this wonderful cottage! Everything was clean and exactly as stated online. Our family was able to join us for our daughter’s graduation from URI and not have to worry about hotels. Thank you for help making our weekend even more memorable!
