This facility is out dated! The pictures are deceiving the minute you drive into the facility it looks rusted and old. To top it off the three poles are all baby pools 3ft deep. My kids miserable! Rooms are small restroom is tiny! I am 150 lbs felt uncomfortable. My husband is 200 and didn’t fit.

Way too pricey for the conditions of the “resort”. I was disgusted when I took my son to the pool and the tiles were SLIMEY. They probably haven’t been cleaned in months. The ac in the lobby doesn’t work so you’ll start sweating as soon as you walk in. We paid extra for breakfast included but they didn’t tell us that the “breakfast included” was actually a voucher for their sit-down restaurant and you don’t get an option on the meal. It’s only good for one specific meal and you can’t make substitutions. I don’t eat pork and the breakfast meal was eggs, bacon & sausage. They said I would have to pay extra if I wanted to substitute anything even though they never informed me that I wouldn’t have a choice on the meal. For the amount of money that I paid I certainly wasn’t impressed. I will be researching other places for my next trip to the island.

I booked this to stay for a conference that was occurring on the premises for convenience. Worst decision. It was raining and found that the window was leaking, the channels did not work despite the TV being switched out to another, the elevators were working on and off, and we always had to request towels. It does have it convenient access to the beach but so does Margaritaville, neighboring location, for the same price. For what was paid and the fact that it said "resort" the expectations were not met.

We came home with bed bug bites. I noticed a small bug on a blanket - thought maybe we had brought it in with us from the beach. When we got home, the bites began to show up. Very disappointing because the staff were friendly and helpful - I wish we had known that the room had bed bugs before we left the property.

Rude staff. Key to get in room stopped working and had to go all the way to the lobby to get a new one dripping wet from the beach and they offered no explanation. Called from the beach to my room phone to wake up someone I was with and the guy from the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE saying that the room wasn’t under my name and kept saying no to every name i gave when it’s impossible for it to not be in the name of anyone I was with. He sounded bothered and irritated and I had to walk all the way to the room in 100 degree weather just because he couldn't transfer me. The staff seem irritated and annoyed with guests throughout the resort. Bar staff took forever to take my order, kept messing up everyone's orders, just terrible overall.

It was only for a night but it was the best location for the festival and access to beach was wonderful

The ice maker in our floor wasn’t working. The elevator is kinda janky. One of the doors to the elevator area wasn’t working which is an issue in an emergency. We had one room service menu .. never saw another one. Maids left the dirty dishes when they cleaned. The bathroom is minuscule. You need to leave the door open when you shower. We left a day early.

Overall the stay, food, pools and the room are great for the price but we didn’t like that the hotels allows for vaping in the pools, and it smelled like marijuana as well.
