The Space:
Welcome to our seaview condo with all the comforts of home and a warm ambiance as the sun seeps in daily from the sliding glass doors of the open living area. Step out onto the covered, seaview patio with patio furniture and enjoy the sea breeze and tropical landscape of the exclusive Bahia Mar resort. You’ll also find resort-style amenities for the whole family to enjoy.
As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a luminous open-plan layout. You’ll find a spacious kitchen with a granite countertop and stainless steel appliances for you to prepare meals at home. Plus, extras like a Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster oven, and dishwasher! There’s a convenient breakfast bar with four bar stools for a quick snack, coffee, or to work on your laptop if needed.
When you want a more relaxing sit-down meal, there’s the dining area, where you’ll find a table that comfortably seats six. The living room area features a plush sofa facing the Smart TV with cable. It's perfect for relaxing moments at home with your favorite shows or watching a movie together after a fun day of seaside adventure.
When it’s time to rest and retire for the night, there are two comfortable bedrooms to sleep 8 guests. Both rooms have two queen beds and Smart TVs! Bedroom 1 has direct access to the patio via wall-to-wall sliding glass doors and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has access to the second full bathroom just across the hall.
Additional highlights include WiFi for streaming TV services or working on your laptop, a washer and dryer and ironing equipment, linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.
The beach and ocean are seconds away. You can splash in the sea or the two large pools onsite, each with a hot tub! Bahia Mar has a large beachfront deck where you can read a good book or simply gaze and relax to the sound of the waves with easy access to the beach or head to the outdoor grill area for a delicious barbecue. Like playing tennis? Pack your rackets and enjoy a match on one of our two courts. This is one of the biggest resort properties on the island and security is always on top of things to ensure a pleasant stay.

Popular island activities include bird and turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. If you feel like taking a small road trip, you are just a 30-minute drive to Brownsville, where you can visit one of the top zoos, the Gladys Porter Zoo.
Water activities include Schlitterbahn Waterpark, dolphin watching, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba diving, surfing and sailboat rental. If you love to fish, bay fishing, deep sea fishing, pier fishing, surf fishing, and fly fishing are also great options!

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the common areas and amenities at the complex.
The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!
Other Things to Note:

- Please note that although the condo is on the ground, the resort complex does not have an elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
