Great Place for Multi-Generational Family
This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as we did the first time around. The location is great, easy to get to and has all the amenities one would need. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because, there were definitely a few items missing from the kitchen that would have been useful (we bought them and left them for the next families) and the dryer needs to be fixed. It works but just to start and stop...you can't choose any settings. Overall, we'd stay here again. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the easy beach access.

Needs a little updating
We have stayed in the single condos twice befoe and were pleased. We opted to stay in the tower this time. The view was great. The condo was spacious and inviting. Kitchen was equipped,but the pots and pans are very very worn. Also, no drinking glasses, just juice glasses. Really, really needto PAINT the floor corridors . Very shabby and grubby looking going to and from the elevators. Also need solutions at the rinse areas to remove the tar from out feet and shoes. It was smeared everywhere.. Over all was a good time.

Place was nice and clean. Did have some damages to walls ( paint scuffs and chips) so I did take pictures before so my guests wouldn’t be blamed. Plenty of towels to use and close to pool. Would stay here again

The resort was very clean and offered a nice view. Although the resort property is ocean front, the unit we stayed in was nearer Padre Island Drive than the ocean. Since we cooked in some, the pots and pans could use an upgrade as well as the plates. The swimming pool and hot tubs were clean and beautiful. The weather while we were there was a little cool for swimming. We had a great time with family.

The online listing should be updated. This unit only has 1 TV, which is located in the great room area. There are no "TVs" in the bedrooms. None of the televisions in the bedrooms offer any standard cable TV. They only serve as monitors in which you need to log in to your personal streaming services. Internet service is spotty on the bedroom TVs at best if you can figure out how to work them. Other than the TV issue, this is a very nicely appointed unit, but would only rent it again if the TV issue is resolved.

Exactly what we needed. Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Very clean rooms and well manicured landscape. It was windy on the beach so we hung at the pool and hot tub, had a lot of fun. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great stay
The property was pretty. The rules were strict, but for my party they were not difficult to follow. It is a family friendly place, there were lots of kids around. The condo was very large and comfortable. There were no walkways to the beach like in the photos. The property was quite a walk to the beach. The views were obstructed by the other resorts and condos. It was very quiet and had great internet once we got it turned on. I would tell others about this place because overall it was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the area very much!!

Would not stay here. They demand you wear a wrist band and never remove it the whole time your there. If you do you are stopped and if you don’t comply they threaten to kick you off the property. Don’t stay here!! You are treated like a prisoner and the apartment had roaches. The management had to call in pest control while we were there.

We’ve stayed at a few properties in South Padre, but this place has been our favorite. Photos are accurate and the property is immaculate, check in process easy, plenty of parking.
