POLICIES & INFO
-A pre-arrival check-in form must be completed 48 hours before arrival.
-As per Sapphire Rules, renter must be over 25 Years Old
-Sapphire requires all guests to check in at the off-site Guest Welcome Center. After check-in, they must visit Sapphire's front desk to pick up key cards and parking permits.
-30+ day stays begin on the 1st of the month
-A 3-night minimum stay is required.
-We strictly enforce guest capacity (8).
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-This vacation home does NOT allow pets.
SAPPHIRE HOA POLICY FOR ALL RESERVATIONS WITH DATES INCLUDED FROM MARCH 14TH - 23RD AND APRIL 11TH - 2025 2025
OCCUPANCY: The Primary Renter must be 30 years of age or older, as verified by a
government-issued ID and accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For
purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within
the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws),
and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate
family.) No two families can share a condo.
