Located right in the heart of South West Rocks, you can wake up to the delicious smell of coffee from the local cafes on your doorstep, stroll down to the iconic Horseshoe Beach for an ocean swim, or sit on your balcony while you read the newspaper with a cup of tea.
This spacious, three bedroom, two bathroom apartment has a northerly aspect, is bright and airy, clean and modern. Recently refurbished by new owners, this apartment has new carpet, is freshly painted throughout, air conditioned living areas, and has been lovingly updated with curtains, decor and furnishings.
With a generous layout, you will never feel lost for space. Kick back and enjoy the large open plan tiled living area with high ceilings, which flows neatly from the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a dishwasher.
Relax on the leather lounges and enjoy the free wifi, or perhaps connect the smart TV to your streaming services such as Foxtel or Netflix, to unwind and chill. With two large covered balconies, one with a BBQ, there is plenty of space for the whole family. There are magazines, books, games and puzzles to keep the kids, and adults, entertained.
Take your pick of the three beautiful bedrooms, all with lots of space and thoughtfully set up to make your stay comfortable. The main bedroom has a queen bed, a walk in wardrobe, an ensuite and direct access to a large balcony with seating. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed - a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top (perfect for the kids) - as well as a built in wardrobe. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a built in wardrobe (and a glimpse of Trial Bay if you look hard enough!) The main bathroom, with separate toilet, has a large spa bath if you feel like unwinding after a day at the beach. This apartment can comfortably accommodate 7 people.
There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, which makes extended stay a breeze as you can wash and dry as much as you need. There is also a Dyson stick vacuum for your convenience, should you wish to keep the floors sand free during your stay. As the owners regularly stay and enjoy the apartment, every last detail has been considered!
A short stroll to Horseshoe Beach, Main Beach, Back Creek, the park with kids playground, bike/walking track, Park Run course, local pub and surf club, restaurants, cafes and shops, you can easily park your car when you first arrive and walk your entire stay! Make sure you bring your fishing rod and beach gear, bikes and tennis racquets - all of which can be securely stored in the large lock up garage. There is also plenty of parking space out the back.

All of the beds have freshly updated mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers. However, you will need to bring your own bed sheets, towels, bath mats and hand towels. You will also need to bring your own personal necessities including toilet paper.
Should you need to hire linen for your stay, this is available at an additional fee, through local linen hire companies. Please contact our office and we will arrange this for you.
