Great cottage!
We absolutely loved our stay in this cottage. When at the house, we spent most of our time in the cozy sunroom (with couches and tv!) and the backyard is an oasis. Perfect location, very close to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood.

Difficulties
Communication with the host was difficult and/or impossible. They don’t answer their phone and keep their voice mailbox full. You can’t leave a message. The phone number listed on your website as well as the confirmation is bogus, rendered useless. I hope this is against Vrbo’s contrac agreement and can be remedied.

What a great little place to stay. Close to all that is happening on Rt 6. Kayak access less than a mile away. Great place in the middle of the Cape!

Perfect little house on the Cape.
We had a fantastic stay in this adorable and comfortable home. We grilled and ate out in the beautiful backyard, had morning coffee in the sun room, and all had fantastic nights of sleep. We were six people including a five year old and we had a fantastic and comfortable time! The property managers were incredibly communicative and made sure our stay was perfect. We’re ready to rent it again next year.
