Great location. Short walk to shopping, pubs, and movie theater. Complimentary breakfast was very good as well as the restaurant for lunch and dinner and the Starbucks for coffee. Coffee setup in the room was good and the kitkat bars were a nice extra. Room didn’t have a bathtub, fridge, safe, clock, or washcloths but we made do. Hallway needed vacuuming but otherwise everything else was clean. Would stay again.

Carpets were filthy and extremely worn. Room smelled. Local pub nearby blasted music until 10 pm. Practically was like a concert in the room. Called down to the front desk and couldn’t get anyone to answer 3 times. Overall the front seemed very disorganized.

Staff are friendly and very helpful, going out of their way to make you welcome. We arrived too early for check in and breakfast had been cleared away, However, we were welcomed into the dining room and a full breakfast was put together for us (Simmi is amazing!) The room was spacious and very clean. Location very convenient, as we were attending the boat show, which was on the doorstep of the hotel. Parking is onsite and the hotel is also convenient to the surrounding shopping area. It is located on the seafront and we had views of the cruise ships coming and going from our window. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was large and comfy, but the blanket was too small for the bed. The tap at the sink made a loud squeeky noise that was unpleasant and there was no space on the sink to put things like toothbrush, etc. The hotel was very convenient, near the cruise line. The staff were very helpful, especially Karol. Good hotel to stay before a cruise
