Expected more for the price we paid. Hotel was tired (rooms, lobby, pool area). Staff definitely didn't go above and beyond with regards to service. Sort of felt like we were renting an apartment and were then on our own. The beach was nice...until they set up for dinners on the beach all around us! Really weird to have dinner tables placed between your beach chair and the ocean!

We enjoyed the property and staff. All the guest had been coming for many years and loved it. Bus stop on street makes cheap transportation option easy. Beach is awesome. Restaurants and food are terrific with great options and staff. Pools are just right.

The beach was divine, the food was amazing. The service overall was good. It was relaxing and beautiful and just what we needed. Did an island tour with Bermudaful where we learned all about the island which rounded out our long weekend. Loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Reefs. The staff was always helpful no matter our concern or request. The food was always great at the restaurants and they anticipated all of our airport pickups which was awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 5th visit to The Reefs! We had an absolutely amazing week, with great food, great views and an incredible private beach. We had 7 days of beautiful sunshine and lots of rest. The beds and pillows here were super comfortable. The infinity pool is so beautiful! Thanks to everyone there for making our visit so special, especially Lena Mae and Jordan at the front desk. We will be back, hopefully next year.
