While she was very nice, the day clerk was either in the phone or not at the checkin desk. Another customer told me she had roaches in her room. I did over hear a phone conversation mentioning the need to increase chemicals in the laundry. When I asked about it, I was told they were changing sanitation companies. I won’t return, although the location is great.

I didn’t like anything about this property. The door would not open to my original room. There was a roach infestation in the next room. The employee didn’t care why I was canceling my reservation. They double charged me and tied up my money in my bank account. They didn’t want to listen to me when I was explaining the error. I had to make a complaint with my bank to get the error corrected. I travel alot and this was the worst experience I have ever had.
