This unique, family friendly cottage is just waiting for memories to be made on your next vacation. Upon your arrival to the island, you will be personally met at the Spanish Wells dock by Audrey, who will assist you with everything you need to know for your vacation, and personally show you the ins and outs of Tippys Cottage.

Tippys Cottage is only a blissful 141 steps to one of the most beautiful, of many beaches. The Caribbean breezes and stunning vista views, from the elevated cottage, will take your breath away. Spanish Wells is a vibrant, friendly and charming island, with all the amenities you could wish for.

Tippys Cottage is beautifully decorated and has every comfort. The master bedroom is a retreat by itself. With a queen size four poster bed and access to the patio by private doors, it provides a haven to go to sleep and wake up in. A fully equipped open plan kitchen including a farmhouse sink, induction range, convection oven, microwave and much more provides for integrated entertaining. Comfortable, colorful and island vibe decor for relaxation in the living room provides a wonderful relaxing environment to wind down in.

There is an additional second story living area. This includes an efficiency kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and the other, two twin beds that can be joined to form a king bed at your request. Both with exterior doors to a private patio. There is also a trundle bed that may be pulled out to provide additional twin beds. The two full bathrooms, one upstairs, the other downstairs with chandelier and bear claw bath are yours to pamper your needs after a long day at the beach.

After kayaking, snorkeling, fishing or simply floating, the outdoor shower is a wonderful way to cool off before relaxing for the evening. A gas grill is there for your use while enjoying the cool breezes and sunsets. The cottage is air conditioned and ceiling fans are in every room, or just open the multiple exterior doors and enjoy the island breezes.

Just over the bridge from Spanish Wells to exclusive Russell Island, where Tippys Cottage is located provides rare direct beach access availability.
