We are centrally located just 30 minutes away from Ithaca, Binghamton, and Elmira, just a short distance to countless waterfalls, hiking trails, and finger lake wineries. A balcony to enjoy the valley views is featured along with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and bedroom with queen sized bed. A futon in the living room can be used to sleep up to two additional occupants. All toiletries are provided, as well as bed linens.

We needed a place for a little overnight rest between days of hiking and waterfall chasing. We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was. And we loved the washer/dryer because we definitely need to wash some laundry after our hikes😁

My husband and I traveled to Ithaca for a weekend and decided to stay outside of the city. Jason’s apartment was more affordable than any other options I saw and, even though it was nearly 30 mins from Ithaca, we were happy with our choice. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It was quiet and there was a gorgeous view of the countryside. They even had bagels in the fridge for us and other snacks in the cabinet, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

I had to attend a training in Ithaca and could not find a place to stay. Vrbo to the rescue! This was my first time using a Vrbo property and the location was wonderful. I was moving a daughter here from Omaha, NE family was very accommodating to let me ship a few packages early. Everything you need is here- I will say there were stairs to enter so only a caution if you don’t do stairs, not a complaint. Laundry in unit, full kitchen w coffee. Everything just perfect.

Upon arrival and viewing the space, the pictures do not do justice of the beautiful space put together. It was peaceful and quiet. Town was no more than 10 mins away and 25 mins away from Ithaca.
