Amazing cottage with HUGE screened in deck 3B/2.5B-Fall Creek Falls State Park.

Located in a small gated community, Creekside Cottage is a great cabin for a couples retreat or a fun family vacation. This 1900 square foot cabin has room for everyone to enjoy. The master bedroom with ensuite bath is on the main level for convenience. Two bedrooms and a full bath are located on the upper level and are nice large bedrooms so it's great for children. The kitchen and dining room area are open and spacious for easy entertainment. Covered decks on the front and back allow for outside grilling and dining. Also, enjoy the beautiful scenery while you soak in the Hot Springs hot tub on the super large screened deck. Plenty of room for enjoying meals outside. The garage offers games for the kids and adults such as an air hockey table and corn hole boards.
Be sure to get out and enjoy our beautiful surroundings like our (3) stocked ponds to fish in and our beautiful horses that love to be petted and fed. Our wide open spaces allow you enjoyable walks, play games in the green space and see all of the beautiful wildlife that play in our area. For swimming and cooling off in the hot summer, be sure to go to Falls Creek Falls State Park where they have an Olympic-sized pool with children’s wading pool, bathhouses and a snack bar. Lifeguards on Duty. Open 10am-5:30pm June/July Daily – August Weekends Only - $6 pp, per day; children 2 and under free. The cabin was beautiful. It had some mechanical problems. In the master shower, master bedroom, the handle was upside down and could not get anything with very hot water. In the master bath both Fossetts were loose and could turn the entire unit around. They need to be tightened. The master bedroom door did not close or lock. The kitchen sink did not drain very very slowly. The same for the upstairs bathroom. Did not drain very well. The barbecue grill was filthy and needed to be clean before we could use it. The screened in porch was wonderful and the front porch was even better. We would love to come back as long as the mechanics of the property were in working order.

Our family has spent the last 6 Memorial days at Fall Creek Falls our first 4 were in the parks Cabins. the last two were at this location just outside the park. More room and less crowded, Outstanding homes (stayed in two different ones) both excellent. We plan on this location again next year, God Willing.

Fabulous Fall Family Weekend
Plenty of space in gated community. Loved the huge back deck and hot tub. Plenty of games and close to Fall Creek Falls. Loved the fire pit s’mores and perfect weather. Can’t wait till next year.

Great cabin! Great location!
The neighborhood that this cabin is in is awesome and it’s really close to Fall Creek Falls State Park which offers some amazing views and excellent hikes. The cabin has a wonderful screened in porch that we spent lots of time on. The manager, Tina, was incredibly friendly and responsive. Roger, the local handy man, is also a great person and super friendly. The only reasons we can’t give this 5 stars is because the mattress in the master bedroom is pretty saggy in the middle and should be replaced. Also, I think the cartridge in the master bath shower is either in backwards or incorrect because it’s pretty finicky to get the right temperature. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The location worked out great. The size of the house was good. The outside screened in porch was wonderful for the whole family dining. Only one thing I felt was unsafe for the whole family was the wooden benches by the long outside table. The legs need to be replaced with something more stable. It tipped over when I was going to sit on it, and also the bench tipped over with one of my grandkids on it. Luckily he wasn’t hurt.

Very Cute! Nicely maintained cabin. Perfect for a summer wedding where we had 3 generations of family that needed to be close by the park. Would love to stay again. Communication with Tina was SUPER fast and very friendly!

Excellent Cabin!
The property was excellent! The screened in back porch was amazing!! The property is very quite and even though you have neighbors on each side you never know they’re there unless you just happen to be outside. I would definitely stay there again! The only negative thing I can mention is the distance to the actual entrance of the state park is further than 2 miles. That being said, it was not a problem for us.

Wonderful cabin in a great location
This was our 2nd time staying in this gated community but first time staying at this cabin. We love the location. Falls creek falls statepark is just a few miles away. The property is beautiful. We fished in the ponds and enjoyed the pool. The playground could use some work. The cabin itself is wonderful. They do not show the huge screened back porch in the picture but should!! That was our favorite place to hang out. The cabin was clean for a rental. Had everything we needed and plenty of room. My only recommendation is to not the renters turn the air conditioner settings to 80 upon leaving when there is renters coming in the same day. We arrived after dark and the upstairs was miserably hot. Our kids ended up sleeping on the couch. The check-out process itself is very minimal and standard in most places we have rented. We loved being able to bring our dog. The pet fee is stated as $50 on the webpage but I ended up getting invoice for an additional $50 and was told it was a $100 fee. Nothing major but not expected. Overall we loved the cabin and the area.

Low key private stay
Overall this was a great place to stay, we had some issues in the beginning with the heat, bu we closed all of the downstairs vents so that the upstairs areas could heat up as our friends froze the first night. The rest of the stay was great, we enjoyed the fire pit, and the BBQ, the deck was beautiful but it was too cold put to enjoy. It would have been great if there was some complimentary coffee for our guests. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
