In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service on request (extra). Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 10 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams" 42 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km.
