This luxury villa with private pool is located in a quieter location in the region around Split. This particular property with many details is the ideal choice for a pleasant holiday. On the fenced property is also an outdoor grill and while you prepare delicious meals the children and pet can play carefree in the garden.
Villa consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining and a living room with exit directly to the pool area where you can find true refreshment in the swimming pool. On the first floor we have 4 bedrooms with king beds and air conditioning , 3 bathrooms and one toilette.
The house and outside area with all amenities are available only for house guests.
Visit Split, the capital and pearl of Dalmatia with its Diocletian's palace and the town of OmiÅ”, located at the mouth of the Cetina River with a breathtaking canyon and pirate history. Not far away is also the starry village Mosor, for an unforgettable view in the night sky or during the day with wonderful panoramic views of Split, Trogir, OmiÅ” and the Dalmatian islands. Beautiful pebble and sandy beaches with many recreational opportunities are located in Strožanac and StobreÄ.

Very nice house and host
We have had a very nice vacation in the house. At arrival the host had filled the refrigerator with some food and drinks as welcome.
All rooms are very nice and modern build.
The pool water was a bit cold.
But overall everything was great.

Licht und Schatten
GrundsƤtzlich war der Aufenthalt gut und der Vermieter Miro war bemĆ¼ht. Das Haus war fĆ¼r 6 Erwachsene ein Kleinkind und zwei Hunde ausreichend groĆ. Wobei man dazu sagen muss dass wir oft und viel drauĆen waren.
Es war soweit sauber, auch wenn es kleinere optische MƤngel gab.
Was leider vƶllig unverstƤndlich ist , ist der Umgang mit uns in einer Notsituation. Es gab einenVegetationsbrand ca. 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Die Feierwehr hat uns geraten das Haus zu verlassen und auch die einheimischen waren alle sehr nervƶs. (Es wurden sogar BƤume am Haus gefƤllt aus Angstvor den Flammen)
Wir konnten also gerade die AuĆenanlagen und Pool nicht mehr nutzen, bedingt durch den Rauch und die Asche in der Luft. FĆ¼r uns und ich denke nicht ganz unverstƤndlich ist das Angebit nicht vollumfƤnglich nutzbar gewesen, woraufhin wir auch das Haus verlassen haben.
GlĆ¼cklicherweise muss man sagen, weil bereits eine der zwei ZufahrtsstraĆen gesperrt war.
Schade finden wir das wir Ć¼berhaupt kein Entgegenkommen des Vermieters zu dieser Extremensituaion bekommen haben und auch das Portal uns seit Wochen keine RĆ¼ckmeldung gibt.
