Front desk staff were super friendly. Room needs an update and wasn’t as clean as I like (dusty cords behind the bed,etc) Main areas were clean. Pool area is in dire need of a renovation. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. Great location.

This property is tired and threadbare. It needs updating and a refresh. The furniture is scratched and scrapped. There are tears in the carpet, dresser drawers that don't close and a toilet paper holder that can barely hang on. It's also located in an industrial area and other than a McDonalds down the street, there are no services close by. I recommend others look around before booking this property.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was great. However, i was disgusted with the amount of people toting dogs around the hotel. That made it feel like a pet store once I left the room.

This is one of my favorite stops! Everything is super clean, updated, and I love all the little details that come together to make my stay so easy. The gym is outstanding (and nice and cool), the breakfasts are top notch, the pool and hot tub are a great option, and the conveniences available are thoughtful.

Room was very dirty and stinky even receptionist behaviour was very rude. Breakfast was OK. Overall experience was good but hotel was very old. Need to renovate and Room Washroom was very old type and very small bath tub. Was that small can’t sit there.

There was coffee splashed on the bathroom door and by the light switch. The carpet was stained. The room itself smelled musty and wet. We were told that the carpets had just been steamed and that the smell would go away…over our 4-day stay it did not. Also, we were in room 112 which EVERYONE walks by on their way to breakfast and the front desk, it was very loud. The hot breakfast was bland and mediocre at best. We ate one only one breakfast at the hotel, because it was that unappealing. However, the front desk staff were very kind and we liked the fact that we could text them when needed. Also, convenient hotel location and ample parking in front and behind. Not sure if we would go back.
