Horrible druggies everywhere
I was scared for my life people were hanging out of the windows smoking and doing drugs. Right when you walk into the lobby the people running it were smoking pot at the reception area stay clear of this hotel

the first couple of times i stayed here it was ok.. but seems to get worse with each stay. this last one the lock on the door was broken and didn't find out until my dogs were in the room and i was headed back in with my stuff. took 30 minutes to get someone to come and unlock it so i could get my dogs out. I had to ask to move rooms and then i was given a room that the tv didn't work. the attendant told me that it was a service problem and would be fixed soon. after the 2nd night and upon my check out i was then told that it was just that room that didn't have cable service. so the attendant had lied to me so he didn't have to switch my room again. I immediately canceled all my future reservations and will not be staying here again. I do not like to be lied to.

The office clerks were arguing with each other to provide the service to me. The bed covers and toilet cover had cigarette burns. The ceiling light was not working. The bedside lamp did not have switches, so I could not turn off the lights during the bed time.

The hotel is rundown and not preserved. The television didn't work. Sheets had stains and the comforter had a cigarette burn. Shower water temperature oscillated between hot and cold. No microwave or refrigerator in room. No internet.

It was a great stay except room rates went from $68/night to $204/night !! Not very budget friendly for a Motel 6 - but still a nice place to stay near airport and casino !

For the price I guess you get what you pay for the tv never worked except 1 porn station. No frig or microwave. The floor was buckling so I would trip when I walked across the floor. It was scary to park at night due to homeless people & drug addicts camping on their property also had 2 dogs barking all night so I couldn’t sleep

The first room I was given didn't have a working remote for tv. Didn't have a working bathroom fan. Didn't have soap or shampoo in bathroom. Was a smoking room and didn't have an ashtray. Didn't have a trash bin in the bathroom. Had so many burns in the blanket that it was depressing. Spent the next 4 hours trying to get a working remote. Went into town to buy batteries at my own expense just to try to get a working remote. To no avail. They ended up switching rooms for me. Very mediocre, minimal level of care or service.

I made a reservation for a 2 night stay and arrived at 3AM to be told they arent accepting check ins due to a lack of housekeeping staff that day. Seinfeld moment, whats the point of a reservation then? I check my bank and I have been charged. Staff says I wasnt, prints me a sheet saying I paid $0.00. Now a week later I have been charged nearly $300 again for the hotel I never even checked in at. Furious.

Someone got arrested for breaking out the hotel windows first night and the neighbor has 4 dogs that they let urinate and poop on the floor. Smelled absolutely horrendous. I complained to the front desk and asked for spray. They did absolutely nothing. Hotel was very empty and they didn’t offer to switch my room.

Booked this room for 2 nights for my mom. I paid more for a room with fridge and microwave as her medication needs to be kept cold. She was not given a room with these, sapparently because they get stolen. The room descriptions need to be updated then! Next, her tv doesnt work. They couldnt move her into another room with a working tv until 5pm the next day! They said they are short staffed and switching to dish. They shouldnt be booking rooms that dont have tvs! Finally, the door had issues and my mom had to keep the deadbolt open so she could get back in, so she couldnt even close her door! I called and they would not comp a room or try to do anything to make this right. Absolutely terrible.
