Comfortable bed, clean room but terribly noisy - can hear noises in hall, adjacent rooms and loud traffic all night. Very strange layout of the room - sink was across from the king bed and extremely small bathroom with toilet, shower.

Close enough to the waterfalls to walk to. Rooms are spacious. Staff is extremely helpful. Dozens of fast food restaurants within 5 min, and you can also quickly park at the mall (a 3 or 4 min drive to the mall parking lot) for a few dollars and eat at the food court.

Easy transport to and from the airport. The van driver was extremely friendly. Front desk lady Sarah from Las Vegas was very nice and helpful. She had no issues checking us in 3 hours early. They even gave us vouchers for alcohol and breakfast! We were very impressed! Wish we had Oxford suites on the east coast!! Would highly recommend to any of our friends going out west!

Almost worth 5 stars
Great place to stay, too bad there are so many homeless in the area. Made it feel less safe. This is our second time at the hotel, both times have been great. Beautiful views and friendly staff, except the breakfast staff. Both times we have been there we gave had the same issues with the kitchen staff. Last time they were short staffed so service was rough, this time they ran out of milk for their cereals, when I asked for some they said go buy some upstairs. Either the kitchen staff dont like their job or they are not morning people. If the service from the kitchen staff would improve my review would bump up to 5 star.

We loved the fact that the hotel was on the river. We enjoyed getting outside and walking on the paths by the river each day. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
